At Lakehead Beer Company we ensure you drink the beer as fresh as possible, exactly the way our brewers intended. That's why we serve our beer directly from the vessels it was made in; by limiting potential exposure to harmful oxygen and maintaining control over the temperature and carbonation level best suited to each style, we ensure that each glass we pour showcases our beer at its best.

Pilsner (5% ABV 27 IBU)

This lager is a modern take on a traditional German pilsner. While using a very simple recipe with a single, locally produced malt, we crafted this beer with great attention to detail. What makes it a modern take on the traditional style is a small and subtle dry hop addition of Spalt Select and American Noble Simcoe hops which provide a floral and peppery aroma with light notes of lemon.

There’s no school like the old school. This IPA was modeled after the originals that started the U.S. hop craze. Dry hopped with Cascade, Centennial and Chinook.

Unlike many mass produced light lagers, this one is full bodied and flavorful for its style. Subtle, clean and crisp with mild notes of spicy and floral German hops, canned peaches, pears, white bread and nuts.
